Complimentary Resizing

We want your ring to feel just right. We offer one complimentary resize on eligible rings within 60 days of delivery or collection.

Resizing is subject to design suitability. Some settings and ring styles may have resizing limitations. In certain cases, larger size changes or more complex adjustments may require an additional charge.

How to arrange a resize

Contact us first

Email info@joolme.co.uk to arrange your resize. Please do not send your ring before receiving instructions from us.

Receive guidance from our team

We will confirm whether your ring is suitable for resizing and provide the appropriate shipping instructions for a safe return.

Send your ring securely

Your ring should be returned using a fully insured courier service, following the instructions we provide. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit before they reach us.

Resize and return

Once completed and inspected, your ring will be securely returned to you. Typical turnaround time is 7–10 business days, depending on the design and the work required.

Please note: if a ring requires a more substantial size adjustment, or if the design is not suitable for standard resizing, an additional charge or remake may be required. Our team will always confirm this with you before any work begins.
