Our 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and documentation

Custom & Bespoke Jewellery

Jewellery that has been custom designed or specially created for a client is not eligible for return or refund.

Ship using a fully insured courier

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be securely packaged and returned using a fully insured courier service. JOOLME is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once the returned item is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet our return conditions, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
